Hey folks!
Well, it would seem that things are coming fairly easily for me so far. It's not as hard as I thought it would be once I got started. I haven't really had any major set backs or challenges yet though, so I'm trying to stay positive without getting cocky since I'm sure the tougher times are yet to come. My resolve right now is stronger than I can ever remember so at this point, I can't imagine anything that would change that. Hope I turn out to be right!! Time will tell.
I'm lucky in that I seem to be losing a consistent 2lbs/week so far without having picked up my activity level all that much. Really looking forward to early morning walks and bike rides in the spring but I've half-heartedly started some strength training. I think I'm warming up to it for sure!
Results? I've lost a total of 16 lbs so far and am feeling infinitely better. I've got way more energy, almost no heartburn and no longer huff and puff just moving around and taking stairs. I'm having a great time on the WW discussion boards and have found a great group of friends who are all in it together to lose 50lbs from Jan-July 1st. Each week, we have a new weekly challenge too and this is great fun, motivation and inspiration.
That's it for my update. I'm really hoping to get more photos up soon.

Great job Vic!!! It is so nice to have support from others. I love challenges...sometimes I fall down in the middle of them, but I do love them!
